I am Mark Daniel. a printer expert and a technician,I have a 10 years old experience in this field.
please check your printer’s power cable is plugged into an electrical outlet and restart your router as it may cause due to network failure.
1- Enter service in the search box from Start menu. Then Click Services (Desktop app) from the result.
2- Right-click on Print Spooler. Then click Restart. Note: If Restart option grayed out, click Start instead.
3- Right-click on Print Spooler again and this time choose Properties. Then set its Startup type to be Automatic. Click OK to save your settings.

Please double-check that your printer’s power connection is plugged into an outlet and restart your router, as network failure may occur.
1- From the Start menu, type service in the search box. Then, from the list of options, select Services (Desktop app).
2- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Properties. Then press the Restart button. If the Restart option is greyed out, choose Start instead.
